There's no cancellation fees with a month-to-month Moose service. The is a cancellations fee if you are on a 12-month contract, and the fee will depend on how many months you are through your 12-month service. Please see the relevant critical information summary for your plan for further information. If you are going to cancel a service it is best to do it towards the end of your billing cycle so you will receive full value for the month you are in. Importantly you may still receive another invoice for excess usage charges that you have incurred in the current billing cycle.
