Can I choose my new number with Moose?

When activating online, your new mobile number will be automatically assigned from the pool of numbers that we have available at the time. We can't give you a specific number, but we can help you choose from the pool of numbers available if you call us to activate.

You will receive an SMS and email notification letting you know what your new number is once it has been successfully activated. New numbers are generally activated very quick, but this process may take up to 4 hours.
