Moose Mobile provides a variety of methods to allow you to track your usage.
You can download the Moose Mobile app on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store by searching for "moose mobile" on the app store that applies to you. This app lets you check how much data/inclusions you have used and how much you have left for the month. The App gets updated every 30 to 60 minutes.
In addition to our Moose Mobile app, you can also track data directly on your phone instead of over the network by downloading a third-party data counter such as 'My Data Manager'. These apps will track the usage on your device and tell you exactly where the data was used. For best results while tracking your usage, use both our app and a third-party app in conjunction.
Alternatively, you can also log in to our website and track your data/inclusions via our usage portal. You can do so on both desktop and mobile devices.
You will also receive warning notifications via SMS when you reach 50%, 85%, and 100% of your usage these notifications get sent every 30 to 60 minutes.
