If your phone says SIM registration failed with your new Moose SIM card inserted, it's probably one of the below issues:
A. Your SIM card is not connected yet to Moose
B. Your service has been restricted or barred
C. Your old SIM card is still in the handset and is no longer connected.
To fix this issue, firstly turn your handset off and on again. If you can see "Optus AU" in your reception bar then your're up and running. If that doesn't work, put your old SIM card back into your phone and make sure your old provider's SIM card is not still working. If your old SIM card is still working then the transfer to Moose has not yet completed and it's just a matter of waiting for this process to finish. If your old provider's SIM is definitely not working, put your Moose SIM back into your phone and CONTACT US to resolve the issue.
