To pay your bill online using a credit or debit card, simply LOG IN to your Moose Account online or via the app and follow the below steps to pay your bill.

Step 1

Once logged in to our website you should see your usage portal showing how much of your inclusions you've used for the month so far. On the left of your screen is a menu with a few options. Click on "Billing & Payments" to see more options.

Mobile

For users logging in via mobile browser or on the app, tap on the black square on the top left of your screen to expand the options menu.

Step 2

Then, under "Billing & Payments" you should see a "Pay My Bill" option. Click on this to go to the bill payment screen.

Step 3

You should now see form that you can fill out to pay your bill. Simply fill out the necessary payment information and click the blue "Make a payment" button to pay the amount due on your bill. Once the payment has gone through you should see that you have $0.00 due, and that you're all paid up.
