How do I check my voicemail when I am overseas roaming

You can check your voicemail when you are overseas two different ways:

1. Using your Moose Mobile phone with roaming enabled simply dial +61411000321  and the call will be charged at a rate of $1.59 per minute. Click to link for a full list of roaming charges : https://moosemobile.com.au/roaming-rates

or

2. Even if you don't have roaming enabled on Moose Mobile phone you can still access your Voicemail, simply by using any overseas phone service with international calls enabled and dialing +61411000321. This call will be charged at the international call rate set by the overseas provider that you use to make the call.

To access the voicemail you will be prompted for the PIN you selected when you first set up the mailbox. If you do not recall the PIN you can dial into 321 voicemail (only from within Australia) and change it by pressing 8 for the main menu, 4 for setup options and 1 to change the PIN.
