With Moose Mobile, our excess data rate is $15.36 per GB charged in MB increments so if you go over your data by 10 MB you will pay 15 cents. We allow our customers to go over their data by approximately 3 GB before your service will be barred. If your service is barred at this level you just need to call customer service on 0731939400 and pay an additional $50 if you would like to be unbarred again.
If this is going to be a permanent thing you may want to take advantage of an upgrade to a plan with a higher data allocation there is no cost to downgrade or upgrade your plan with Moose. However, if you would make more than 2 plan changes in 12 months after your activation date then there would be $20 charge for the same and any plan change will only take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Please let us know what plan you would like to upgrade/downgrade to and we'll make the change. After that, it's just a matter of waiting for your next billing cycle for the change to take effect.
