Full Optus 3G Network Shutdown (2024)

Optus is expected to shut down the remainder of the 3G network in September 2024. An exact date has not been given.

Because Moose Mobile uses the Optus network, this will also affect any user of Moose Mobile. After the shutdown all calls will be carried over the 4G network. Certain handsets that cannot make calls over the 4G network will cease to be able to make any calls.
