What is Calendar Month (Prorata) billing?

All Moose Mobile SIM plans are billed on a calendar month basis, starting on the 1st and ending on the last day of each month.

Activation & Prorated Charges

• If you activate your SIM after the 1st, you’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of that month.
• This means:
  • You’ll receive a portion of your monthly data and call allowances.
  • You’ll only be charged a portion of the standard monthly fee.

Initial Payment

• The access fee paid during sign-up is applied as credit toward your first full month of service.
• Your first prorated bill will be issued at the start of your first full month, and is due on the 8th of that month.

Monthly Allowance Reset

• Your plan’s monthly allowances reset on the 1st of each month, regardless of your activation date.
• Any additional services added to your account will follow the same billing cycle as your primary service.
