- The app allows you to:

- See how much data, calls, and SMS you have remaining
- Monitor your billing cycle progress
- It’s the most convenient way to stay on top of your usage and avoid excess charges.
2. Third-Party Data Tracking Apps
- For even more detailed tracking, we recommend downloading a third-party app like My Data Manager.
- These apps track data usage directly on your device, rather than through the network.
- Benefits include:
- Seeing which apps are using data
- Viewing when and how much data was used
- Setting custom alerts and limits
- Using both the Moose App and a third-party tracker together gives you a complete picture of your data usage.
3. Online Usage Portal
- You can also log in to your account via our website on a desktop or mobile browser.
- The usage portal allows you to:
- View your current and past usage
- Download PDF bills
- Check your plan details and inclusions
4. SMS Usage Alerts
- To help you manage your usage, Moose Mobile sends automated SMS alerts at:
- 50%
- 85%
- 100% of your data allowance
- These alerts are based on data received from the entwork carrier and are sent every 30 to 60 minutes.
- Because of this slight delay, we recommend treating the 85% alert as your final warning to slow down or stop data usage.
Pro Tip
If you’re concerned about going over your data:
- Stop or reduce usage after receiving the 85% alert.
- Use Wi-Fi whenever possible.
- Monitor your usage regularly through the app or portal.
