Moose Mobile relies on the information we receive from international carriers to give us accurate usage record costs. Therefore, usage information for international roaming can be delayed by up to 30 days. 

Moose Mobile can't send usage notifications when roaming overseas, so it is incredibly important for customers to understand the costs involved before using their phone overseas.
