How to Disable Data While Roaming

If you're travelling overseas and want to turn off data usage, you have two options:

1. Disable Roaming in Your Device Settings

• You can manually switch off data roaming in your phone’s settings to prevent data usage while overseas.

2. Contact Moose Mobile

• Alternatively, you can call our Customer Service Team and request to have roaming disabled on your service, or send us an email at admin@moosemobile.com.au to disable roaming on your service

Important:
The Data On/Off switch available on our website and mobile app only controls data usage within Australia. It does not affect data usage while roaming internationally.
