Yes, Moose Mobile supports eSIMs for compatible smartphones.
You can choose eSIM during sign‑up or request a switch from a physical SIM.
Moose supports smartphones that allow installation of regular eSIM profiles, including:
- Most iPhone models from iPhone XR/XS and newer
- Many Samsung Galaxy S‑series, Note‑series, Z‑series
- Google Pixel devices (Pixel 3 and newer)
Moose Mobile does NOT support smartwatch eSIM functionality, these include:
- Apple Watch cellular plans
- Samsung Galaxy Watch LTE plans
- Any wearable or IoT device requiring a companion eSIM
We currently only provide mobile phone eSIMs, not watch add‑ons.

To check if your phone supports eSIM using the dial pad, open your phone app and dial *#06# or check the list below:

If your device is eSIM-compatible, an EID (Embedded Identity Document) number will appear on the screen. If only IMEI or serial numbers are displayed without an EID, your device likely does not support eSIM.
