If you wish to disable voicemail and missed call services so that your phone simply rings out without diverting, you can do so by cancelling all call diversions.
To remove or deactivate voicemail on the Vodafone network, you can use the following network short codes from your handset:
Deactivate Voicemail (Recommended): Dial 1210 and press call. This stops calls from diverting to voicemail when you are busy, unreachable, or don't answer.
Cancel All Call Diversions: Dial 1213 and press call. This cancels all types of call forwarding, including all-call diversion to voicemail.
Cancel All Conditional/Unconditional Diversions: Dial 1214 and press call.
