If you plan to transfer your number to a new provider, please initiate the transfer before cancelling your Moose Mobile account. Once your service is cancelled, your number will be lost and cannot be recovered.
Here’s how it works:
- Start the transfer with your new provider while your Moose account is still active.
- Once the transfer is complete, your Moose Mobile account will be automatically closed.
- You’ll receive a final bill from us.
So, if you're porting your number out, there's no need to request cancellation—it happens automatically once the transfer is successful.
