You are free to cancel your Moose Mobile service at anytime. However, please keep the following in mind:

Potential Charges

• If you’ve used excess inclusions (e.g. data, calls, texts) during your current billing period, you may incur additional charges upon cancellation.

Timing Your Cancellation

• Once your cancellation is processed, any unused monthly allowance will be forfeited.
• To make the most of your plan, we recommend cancelling towards the end of your billing cycle.
