Once your number has been successfully ported to Moose Mobile, we will notify your previous provider that your number is no longer active on their billing platform. This triggers the generation of your final invoice, which will include:
- Any remaining charges or outstanding balances
- Applicable credits or adjustments
What Should I Expect?
- Your old provider will send you a final bill summarizing your account status.
- You do not need to contact your previous provider—Moose Mobile handles the transfer process for you.
