Sorry, this is not possible during the initial activation.
If you've already activated a new Moose Mobile number, you cannot port your existing number directly onto that same SIM.
What You Can Do Instead:
- Order a new Moose Mobile SIM card.
- During the activation of this new SIM, request to port your existing number from your current provider.
- Once the porting is successfully completed, you can disconnect the newly assigned Moose Mobile number if it’s no longer needed.
Important Notes:
- Your existing number must be active with your current provider during the porting process.
- Moose Mobile will handle the transfer—you do not need to contact your old provider.
- Porting typically completes within a few hours but may take longer depending on your current provider.
