Before manually editing your APN settings, we recommend resetting your network settings. This can often resolve connectivity issues without further configuration.
iPhone
- Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
- This will reset:
- Wi-Fi networks and passwords
- Cellular settings
- VPN and APN configurations
Android
- From the Home screen, go to: Apps > Settings > Backup and Reset
- Tap Reset Network Settings
- Tap RESET SETTINGS to confirm
If resetting your network settings does not resolve the issue, you can manually enter the APN settings.
How Do I Enter APN Details on an Android Device?
- Go to Settings
- Tap Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
- Tap the Menu button (usually three dots)
- Select New APN
- Enter the APN details provided by Moose Mobile
Note: If you are using a data SIM you need to replace "yesinternet" with "connect" in the APN field.
