How Do I Reset My Network Settings and Configure APNs?

Before manually editing your APN settings, we recommend resetting your network settings. This can often resolve connectivity issues without further configuration.

iPhone

1. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
2. This will reset:
   • Wi-Fi networks and passwords
   • Cellular settings
   • VPN and APN configurations

Android

1. From the Home screen, go to: Apps > Settings > Backup and Reset
2. Tap Reset Network Settings
3. Tap RESET SETTINGS to confirm

If resetting your network settings does not resolve the issue, you can manually enter the APN settings.

How Do I Enter APN Details on an Android Device?

1. Go to Settings
2. Tap Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
3. Tap the Menu button (usually three dots)
4. Select New APN
5. Enter the APN details provided by Moose Mobile

Note: If you are using a data SIM you need to replace "yesinternet" with "connect" in the APN field.
