If you're close to using up your monthly data allowance, Moose Mobile offers flexible options to help you stay connected:
Purchasing a Data Pack
- You can buy a 3GB data pack for $18 by logging into the Moose customer portal or using the Moose Mobile app.
- Simply click the “Buy” button under the Data Pack heading.
- The cost will be added to your next bill, not charged immediately.
- Each service can purchase up to 5 data packs per billing cycle.
Excess Data Usage
- After using all available data packs, you can continue using data at an excess rate of $9 per GB, charged in KB increments.
- For example, using 100MB over your limit would cost approximately $0.88.
- Moose Mobile allows up to 8GB of excess usage before your data is barred (switched off).
If Your Data Is Barred
- Call our fiendly Customer Service Team on 1300 566 673 to arrange payment for the excess usage.
- Once payment is received, your data access will be restored, and you may continue using excess data if needed.
Upgrading Your Plan
- If you regularly exceed your data allowance, consider upgrading to a plan with more data.
- There is no cost to upgrade or downgrade your plan (except for 12-month contracts, which only allow upgrades).
- Just let us know which plan you'd like to switch to, and the change will take effect from your next billing cycle.
