Why is my roaming not working even though it's activated on my service?

If you're experiencing issues with international roaming while overseas, you may need to manually select a carrier network on your device. Follow the steps below based on your device type:

iPhone

1. Open Settings from the home screen.
2. Tap Cellular.
3. Select Network Selection.
4. Toggle Automatic off to switch to manual mode.
5. Wait a few moments for available networks to appear.
6. Select your carrier or a partnered network provider for roaming.

Android / Samsung

1. Open Settings and tap Connections.
2. Tap Mobile Networks.
3. Select Network Operators.
4. Turn off Select Automatically.
5. Wait for available networks to load.
6. Choose your carrier or a partnered network provider for roaming.
