If you’ve received your Moose SIM card, it’s time to activate your service!
Transferring Your Number
If you're transferring your number from another provider (Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, or their service providers):
- You won’t lose service during the transfer.
- Your Moose service will activate as soon as your old provider deactivates your number.
- You must reply to the unique SMS code sent by Moose to begin the transfer.
Estimated Transfer Times

⚠️ Important:
Transfer requests must be submitted between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Requests made outside these hours will begin processing at 9:00 AM the next business day.
Note: These times are estimates. Occasional network outages may cause delays.
