Possible Causes:
- A. Your SIM card is not yet connected to Moose Mobile
- B. Your service has been restricted or barred
- C. Your old SIM card is still in the handset and is no longer active
How to Fix It:
- Power Cycle Your Phone
Turn your device off and on again to refresh network settings. - Check Your Old SIM Card
- Insert your old SIM card back into the phone.
- If it still works, the transfer to Moose Mobile hasn’t completed yet.
- In this case, simply wait for the transfer to finish.
- If Your Old SIM Is Inactive
- Reinsert your Moose SIM card.
