Data banking, also known as data rollover, is a feature available on some Moose Mobile plans that allow you to carry over unused data to future months.
How It Works
- If you don’t use all your data in a given month, the remaining data is added to your data bank.
- For example:
If you’re on a 25GB plan and only use 10GB in June, the remaining 15GB will be added to your data bank on July 1st. - This banked data is then added on top of your monthly allowance for the following month.
Key Details
- You can bank up to 200GB of unused data.
- Banked data does not expire as long as you remain connected to your current plan.
- Your data bank is tied to your individual service and cannot be shared across other mobile numbers.
Checking Your Data Bank
- Log in to the Moose Mobile website or use the Moose Mobile app to view your current data bank balance via the usage portal.
Changing Plans
- If you switch to a cheaper plan, your data bank will be cleared.
- If you upgrade to a higher-value plan, your data bank will be retained.
Please note: This information only applies to plans that include Data Banking.
