Customers are provided with two free plan changes per billing year for each of their month-to-month services. Plan changes are not available on 12-month contract services, but a customer may still change from a month-to-month service to a 12-month contract. Importantly, plan changes can only take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you request additional plan changes, you'll incur a $20 fee per plan change which will show up on your next bill.
Please let us know what plan you would like to upgrade or downgrade to and we'll make the change. After that, it's just a matter of waiting for your next billing cycle for the change to take effect.
