Can I change my Moose plan immediately?

No Mid-Cycle Plan Changes
- Upgrading or downgrading your plan cannot be done during an active billing period.
- All plan changes must be scheduled to take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- For most Moose Mobile customers, this date is the 1st of each month.
Example Scenario
- If today is October 23rd and you request a plan change:
- The change will be scheduled for November 1st.
- Your current plan will remain active until the end of October.
What You Can Do
- Choose the plan you'd like to switch to (standard pricing only).
- Contact Moose Mobile to request the change.
- They will schedule it for your next billing cycle—no further action needed.
