Switching to a 5G Plan

If you’d like to switch to a Moose Mobile 5G plan, you do not need a new SIM card. Simply request a plan change as normal, and once the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, just power cycle your phone (turn it off and on) to connect to your local 5G tower.
